Getting Started

How do I set up my wedding list?
Please contact us on 02892 662707 in order to make an appointment. At this point we will arrange for you to call into our store in Market Square where your wedding list can be created. Alternatively you can fill out our online wedding list contact form and we will be in touch.

How do I notify my guests of the location of my wedding list?
Small wedding gift register cards will be available to include with your invitations, providing guests with the details necessary to access your wedding list either online or in-store.

Wedding List Queries

How do our guests make purchases?
Your guests have three options: on-line, via telephone or in-store.

Can my guests purchase gift vouchers?
Yes, Gift Vouchers are available on-line and in-store.

Can I put larger electrical appliances & furniture on my list?
Yes. Larger items such as fridges, washing machines and cookers are available to put on your list. Remember family and friends may wish to club together to buy you a gift, so don’t be put off adding more expensive items.

Can guests purchasing online opt for delivery to their home?
No, sorry this is not currently an option available. All presents purchased online will be kept in-store and delivered at the request of the bride and groom.

After the Wedding

How will we receive our gifts?
Gifts can be delivered FREE of charge at your convenience before or after the wedding. Please contact the store on 028 92662707 to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

As our thank you for registering your list you will receive a voucher equally to 5% of total spend, excluding gift vouchers and returns. The voucher is normally issued 4-6 weeks after the date of the wedding, this is to allow for returns and exchanges, which cannot take place after the '5% of Total Spend'. This is of course unless there is an issue with the item, for example damaged or broken, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I return an item purchased off my list?
Yes if the item is unopened, we can provide you with an exchange or gift voucher to the amount paid. However, if the item was specially ordered at your request it cannot be returned. Items can also not be returned if the 5% gift voucher mentioned above has been issued. This is of course unless there is an issue with the item, for example damaged or broken, this does not affect your statutory rights.
